摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌新辅助化疗的近期疗效分析。方法收集我院宫颈癌患者,分为对照组(5-氟脲嘧啶+顺铂+博来霉素新辅助化疗)和研究组(多烯紫杉醇+卡铂新辅助化疗)。结果研究组和对照组毒副作用、治疗效果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多烯紫杉醇+卡铂新辅助化疗宫颈癌疗效较好,毒副作用更少。
Objective To investigate the short term efifcacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer. MethodsTo collect cervical cancer patients in our hospital, were divided into control group （fluorouracil ＋ cisplatin ＋ bleomycin neoadjuvant chemotherapy） and study group （docetaxel plus carboplatin as neoadjuvant chemotherapy）. Results The study group and control group had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Docetaxel plus carboplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy of cervical cancer have better curative effect, fewer side effects.
