Poloxamer commonly used as thickening solvent, emulsifier, matrix, solid dispersion carrier, absorption enhancer and stabilizer, in order to increase the solubility of drugs dififcult to dissolve, improve drug stability, controlled drug release and improve biological drug utilization in pharmaceutics ifelds have a wide range of applications.
