加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Jiaweibuyang Five Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的 分析加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法研究对象选取本院2014年6月~2015年5月收治的98例糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机的方法将其分为研究组和参照组,每组49例患者。治参照组患者给予常规西医治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上联合加味补阳还五汤进行治疗。对两组的疗效、24 h蛋白尿以及尿微量蛋白指标进行对比。结果 研究组患者的临床有效率高于参照组,对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患者的24 h尿蛋白以及尿微量蛋白指标改善结果更为显著,对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果好,能够较好地改善24 h尿蛋白水平,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of jiaweibuyang five decoction for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods From June 2014 to May 2015, 98 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were selected as the research object, it adopts the method of random divided into research group and control group, 49 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, research group was on the basis of the control group joint jiaweibuyang ifve decoction. On two groups of curative effect, 24 h proteinuria and urine micro protein indexes were compared.ResultsThe clinical patients with team effectiveness is higher than the control group, compared to signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）; Team 24 h urine protein and urinary micro protein in patients with index more signiifcantly improve results, The difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jiaweibuyang ifve decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy effect is good can well improve the 24 h urine protein levels.
