探讨急性颅脑外伤合并颅内血肿患者急诊手术的护理方法

To Analyze Nursing Methods of Emergency Operation in Patients With Acute Craniocerebral Injury and Intracranial Hematoma

目的急诊手术的护理方法对于急性颅脑外伤合并颅内血肿患者临床分析。方法选取在我院进行治疗护理的62例急性颅脑外伤合并颅内血肿患者,将患者随机分为两个组别,对照组患者采用传统的手术护理,实验组患者采用急诊手术护理模式,分析对比患者的临床护理满意度、手术所需时间、并发症的发生率以及死亡率。结果实验组的并发症发病率、死亡率均明显高于对照组,手术所需时间则少于对照组;实验组的满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急救手术护理方法在临床应用上具有显著效果,可以有效提高患者的治愈率和改善患者生存质量。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods of emergency operation on patients with acute craniocerebral injury combined with intracranial hematoma.Methods 62 cases with acute craniocerebral injury combined with intracranial hematoma in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. Control group was given conventional nursing and observation group was given emergency nursing mode. Compare the clinical nursing satisfaction degree, operation time, complication rate and death rate of the two groups.Results Complication rate and death rate of observation group were higher than control group but operation time was shorter than control group; satisfaction degree of observation group was obviously higher than control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Emergency nursing mode has signiifcant effect and can improve cure rate and life quality of patients.
