细致化护理改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作患者不良心理应激的效果分析

Effect of Meticulous Care in Improving the Adverse Psychological Stress of Patients With Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的 探索细致化护理在改善慢阻肺急性发作患者的临床价值。方法 选取我院120例慢阻肺急性发作患者,收治时间为2013年8月~2014年8月,并对此次研究患者进行动态随机化分为两组,每组60例患者,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用细致化护理。结果 观察组和对照组两组患者,对比抑郁评分值和焦虑评分,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 细致化护理在慢阻肺急性发作患者效果显著。

Objective To explore the detailed care in improving the clinical value of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with acute attack. Methods120 cases of patients with acute episode of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital, the treated time was from August 2013 to August 2014, the patients for the study on the dynamic classiifed as two groups at random, each group of 60 cases, control group using conventional care, observation group with meticulous care.ResultsThe observation group and control group, two groups of patients compared with depression score value and anxiety score obvious difference （P〈0.05）.ConclusionDetailed care in copd patients with acute attack effect is remarkable.
