PDCA循环在心血管外科ICU护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of PDCA Circulation in ICU Nursing of Cardiovascular Surgery Department

目的 总结PDCA循环在心血管外科ICU护理中的应用效果。方法 筛选2014年11月~2015年11月我院救治的心血管外科ICU患者共70例,以随机数字法分成两组：观察组（n=36例,施以PDCA循环）,常规组（n=34例,施以常规模式）,对两组临床效果进行对照。结果 观察组护理满意度94.44%优于常规组76.47%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在心血管外科ICU患者治疗中,施以PDCA循环,可提升临床疗效,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To summarize the application effect of PDCA circulation in ICU nursing of cardiovascular surgery department.Methods A total of 70 patients with ICU who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number method： observation group （n=36 cases, to impose PDCA cycle）, routine group （n=34 cases, routine mode）, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe nursing satisfaction of observation group was 94.44% better than that of the conventional group 76.47%, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionIn the treatment of ICU patients in cardiovascular surgery, Impose PDCA cycle, Clinical efficacy can be improved, has high clinical application value.
