摘要
目的探讨规范化护理健康教育在发热门诊患者中的应用效果。方法 76例发热患者根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和研究组,每组各38例,对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上实施规范化护理健康教育。结果健康教育前两组患者的发热知识知晓率、健康行为形成率、态度转变率、合理用药知晓率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康教育后两组的发热知识知晓率、健康行为形成率、态度转变率、合理用药知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊发热患者实施规范化护理健康教育有助于提高患者了解发热的相关知识,并积极配合治疗。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing health education in patients with fever.Methods 76 cases of patients with fever were divided into the control group and the study group according to the different nursing methods, 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. Research group in the control group based on the implementation of standardized nursing health education. Results The awareness rate of fever of two groups of patients before health education, health behavior formation rate, attitude change rate, comparison of awareness rate of rational use of drugs, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05); Knowledge awareness rate of fever in two groups after health education, health behavior formation rate, attitude change rate, comparison of awareness rate of rational use of drugs, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized nursing health education for patients with fever is helpful to improve the patients' knowledge of fever, and actively cooperate with the treatment.
