PDCA和护理程序在延长外周静脉导管更换时间中的应用

Application of PDCA and Nursing Procedure in Prolonging the Replacement Time of Peripheral Venous Catheter

目的通过科学系统的质量管理延长外周静脉导管更换时间。方法利用两个责任组(对照组和试验组)进行对比,分别采用常规和PDCA、护理程序对外周静脉导管留置进行质量管理。比较两组效果。结果实际完成172例:对照组82例,试验组90例。外周静脉导管更换时间试验组明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA和护理程序对留置外周静脉导管进行过程控制和质量管理能明显延长外周静脉导管更换时间。

Objective To extend the replacement time of peripheral venous catheters through scientiifc quality management system. Methods Responsibility for the use of two groups （control group and experimental group） were compared, respectively, using conventional and PDCA, nursing procedures peripheral venous catheter for quality management. Comparison of two effects.ResultsThe actual completion of 172 cases： 82 cases in the control group, 90 cases of the experimental group. Time Trial set to replace the peripheral venous catheters signiifcantly longer than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using PDCA and care procedures indwelling peripheral venous catheters for process control and quality management can signiifcantly prolong the time to replace the peripheral venous catheters.
