肿瘤科护士对临终癌症患者家属悲伤的护理干预

The Nursing Intervention of Cancer Department Nurses to the Family Members of Patients With Terminal Cancer

目的探究肿瘤科护士对临终癌症患者家属悲伤的护理干预。方法选取100例临终癌症患者家属作为研究对象,分两组后分别采用常规护理、优质护理;探究经不同护理后悲伤情况的差异性。结果观察组患者家属的悲伤例数明显低于对照组患者家属的悲伤例数,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科护士对临终癌症患者家属悲伤的护理干预具有一定的效果,可有效提高患者家属生活质量,缓解悲伤情绪。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention of cancer patients＇ family members with grief.Methods 100 family members of terminal cancer patients were selected as research subjects, routine nursing care and high quality nursing care were used in two groups; To explore the difference of the sadness after different nursing.Results In the observation group, the number of the family members of the patients were signiifcantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oncology nurses have a certain effect on the nursing intervention of the family members of dying patients with cancer, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients＇ family members, alleviate the sad mood.
