预见性护理对慢性乙肝患者生活质量和负面情绪的影响

Influence of Predictive Nursing on the Quality of Life and Negative Emotion of Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B

目的探析预见性护理对慢性乙肝患者生活质量和负面情绪的影响。方法选择我院收治的130例患者,随机分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用预见性护理,对比分析两组护理效果。结果观察组的WHQOQOL-100评分为(65.11±14.68)分,高于对照组的(54.29±13.82)分,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的护理满意度、SDS以及SAS评分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予慢性乙肝患者预见性护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on the quality of life and negative emotion of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 130 patients in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into two groups, in which the control group received routine nursing care. While the observation group was used in the foreseeable nursing, Comparative analysis of the two groups of nursing effect.Results The WHQOQOL-100 score of the observation group was （65.11±14.68）, higher than the control group （54.29±13.82）, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）; Nursing satisfaction, SDS and SAS scores were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B is signiifcant.
