摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对肝硬化失代偿期患者的应用效果。方法对比常规护理(对照组56例)与综合护理(观察组56例)对肝硬化失代偿期患者的应用效果。结果护理后两组患者生活质量问卷(GQOL-74)评分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效提升肝硬化失代偿期患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with cirrhosis of the liver cirrhosis.Methods The patients with cirrhosis of the liver were compared with routine nursing （control group, 56 cases） and comprehensive nursing （observation group 56 cases）.ResultsThe scores of quality of life questionnaire （GQOL-74） were compared between the two groups after nursing care, The difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with cirrhosis of the liver cirrhosis.
