摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病社区综合治疗与管理中的问题.方法:选取吉林省通化市东昌区光明街道社区卫生服务中心2014-10/2015-06收治的90例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据疾病处理方式的差异,将其随机分为研究组(n=45)及对照组(n=45),对照组患者采取常规的形式进行处理,研究组患者则在其基础上接受社区的综合治疗与管理.治疗结束后,对两组患者的血糖控制情况进行分析及比较.结果:参与社区综合治疗与管理的患者血糖控制情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:糖尿病社区综合治疗与管理的作用较为显著,值得推广.
AIM： To investigate the problems of comprehensive treatment and management in patients with diabetes in community. METHODS ： A total of 90 cases of diabetic patients admitted into Community Health Service Centers of Guangming Subdistriet of Dongchang District in Tonghua City from October 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group and the control group according to differences in treat- ment, and each group had 45 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the study group was given compre- hensive treatment and management in community on the basis of treatment of control group. The blood sugar control of two groups were analyzed and compared at the end of treatment. RESULTS ： The blood sugar control in the study group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi- cant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： The effect of comprehensive treatment and management in patients with diabetes in community is significant, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
