美托洛尔对冠心病合并慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床分析及护理干预

Clinical analysis and nursing intervention of metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and chronic congestive heart failure

目的:探究美托洛尔对冠心病合并慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床分析及护理干预.方法:选取内蒙古自治区人民医院心内科CCU收治的冠心病合并慢性心衰的患者90例进行研究,将其随机分为实验组(n=45)和对照组(n=45).实验组患者给予美托洛尔治疗并实施整体护理干预,对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理措施.结果:实验组患者的总有效率和治疗满意度均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于冠心病合并慢性心衰的患者,采取美托洛尔治疗能够明显提高治疗效果,值得临床推广.

AIM： To investigate the clinical efficacy and nursing intervention of metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coro- nary heart disease and chronic congestive heart failure. METH- ODS ： A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease and chro- nic congestive heart failure admitted into Coronary Care Unit of Cardiology Department, People＇s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Au- tonomous Region were selected as objects of study and divided in- to experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were given metoprolol treatment and holistic nursing intervention, and patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing measures. RESULTS ： The total effective rate and satisfaction of the experi- mental group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CON- CLUSION： It＇s extremely effective for patients with coronary heart disease and chronic congestive heart failure to take metoprol- ol tartaric acid treatment. It＇s worthy of clinical promotion.
