精神科护士职业压力和情绪状态的调查研究

Investigation on Occupational Stress and Emotional State of Psychiatric Department Nurses

目的对精神科护士人群进行职业压力与情绪的调查,了解精神科护士焦虑、抑郁情绪的现状。方法对江苏省精神病医院在职精神科护士238人和综合医院在职护士230人运用护士职业压力源量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷调查,收集相关数据并进行分析。结果精神科护理人员的焦虑抑郁和职业压力均明显高于综合医院护士,精神科护理人员有焦虑和抑郁情绪者的职业压力明显高于无焦虑和抑郁情绪者。结论精神科护士的焦虑抑郁情绪明显,其焦虑抑郁情绪与其特殊的护理职业压力有密切的联系。

Objective To investigate the occupational stress and emotion of nurses in psychiatric department, and discuss the current situation of anxiety and depression. Methods Collected 238 nurses in psychiatric department of Jiangsu Province mental disease hospital and 230 comprehensive hospital nurses, were used SAS and SDS to conduct a questionnaire survey, and the data were collected and analyzed. Results The nurses in psychiatric department had higher psychiatric depression and anxiety of occupational stress than those in general hospitals. And the occupational stress of anxiety and depression of psychiatric nurses was significantly higher than that in no mood of anxiety and depression. Conclusion The psychiatric nurse anxiety and depression were closely related to special occupational stress.
