耳鼻喉科头颈外科医生手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的探究

The Study of Head and Neck Surgeons in the Department of ENT for the Treatment of Thyroid Tumor

目的 探究耳鼻喉科-头颈外科医生手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的方法及效果。方法 随机抽取2015年1月-2016年5月本院收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者共40例,作为分析对象,所有患者经耳鼻喉科-头颈外科医生手术治疗,对其手术治疗结果和术后并发症进行分析。结果 所有患者经耳鼻喉科-头颈外科医生手术治疗,患者全部治愈,没有手术死亡患者。治疗后,出现抽搐1例,出现声嘶症状1例。患者手术时间（95.50±10.50）min,出血量（12.18±3.21）ml,住院时间（5.00±2.50）d,引流量（52.50±4.50）ml;患者在出院时,各不良症状已经恢复。结论 临床上,耳鼻喉科-头颈外科医生手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤具有学科优势,临床效果显著,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To explore the method and effect of surgical treatment of thyroid tumors in the Department of ENT and head and neck surgery. Methods 40 cases of thyroid tumor patients admitted to the hospital in January 2015 - May 2016 were randomly selected as the object of study, all patients by ear nose and throat - head and neck surgeon surgery. The results of surgical treatment and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results All patients were treated by surgical treatment of head and neck surgeons, and all patients were cured and no patients died. After treatment, 1 cases was of convulsions, and hoarseness symptoms in 1 case. The patient＇s operation time was （ 95.50 ＋ 10.50 ） nun, the amount of bleeding was （ 12.18 ± 3.21 ） ml, length of stay was （ 5.00 ±2.50 ） d, and induced flow was （ 52.50 ± 4.50 ） ml; Patients at discharge, the adverse symptoms had been restored. Conclusion In clinical practice, the surgical treatment of thyroid tumors in the Department of ENT and head and neck surgery has the advantages of subject, and clinical effect is significant, worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
