多次性根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病临床疗效对比观察

Clinical Effect Contrast of Repeatedly Root Canal Treatment and Root Canal in the Treatment of Endodontics

目的比较牙体牙髓病接受多次性根管治疗与一次性根管治疗的疗效差异。方法将前来我院就医的140例牙体牙髓病患者平均分为两组,每组70例患者,观察组的患者接受一次性根管治疗,对照组的患者接受多次性根管治疗,比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%(68/70),对照组治疗总有效率为84.29%(59/70),观察组治疗总有效率与并发症情况均明显的好于对照组,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙体牙髓病接受一次性根管治疗效果显著,值得广泛应用于临床。

Objective To compare dental disease receive multiple root canal treatment differences in efficacy and root canal treatment. Methods 140 cases of dental patients to our hospital for medical treatment were divided into two groups, 70 patients in each group, the patients in the observation group received root canal treatment, patients in the control group received multiple root canal, the treatment difference in efficacy between the two groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14% （68/70）, the total effective rate of the control group was 84.29% （ 59/70 ）, the total effective rate and complications of the observation group were more obvious than those of the control group, there were significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Dental disease receiving root canal treatment effect is remarkable, worth widely used in clinical.
