腹腔热灌注结合静脉化疗与单纯静脉化疗在晚期胃肠道肿瘤治疗中的疗效比较分析

Comparative Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Intraperitoneal Perfusion Combined with Intravenous Chemotherapy and Intravenous Chemotherapy Alone in the Treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer

目的对腹腔热灌注结合静脉化疗与单纯静脉化疗在晚期胃肠道肿瘤治疗中的疗效比较分析。方法选取我院晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者100例,随机分为对照组与实验组,比较两组患者疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率为72%,对照组为52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应发生率与对照组并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔热灌注结合静脉化疗在晚期胃肠道肿瘤治疗中疗效显著。

Objective To compare the efficacy ofintraperitoneal perfusion combined with intravenous chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 100 cases of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients in our hospital were selected, 100 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, the efficacy of two groups of patients was compared. Results The effective rate in the experimental group was 72%, the effective rate in the control group was 52%, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in incidence of adverse reactions （ P 〉 0.05） . Conclusion lntraperitoneal perfusion combined with intravenous chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer.
