27例慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗体会

Treatment of 27 Cases with Chronic Heart Failure

目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗方法。方法 对我院2014年1月-2015年10月之间收治的27例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料进行分析,观察临床治疗效果。结果 27例慢性心力衰竭患者经有效治疗后,显效10例,有效15例,无效2例,治疗有效率为92.59%。结论 对慢性心力衰竭患者行有效的对症治疗,多数患者病情可得到显著改善。

Objective To investigate the treatment of chronic heart failure patients. Methods 27 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected, the clinical effect were observed. Results 27 patients with chronic heart failure patients were treated with effective treatment methods, 10 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 92.59%. Conclusion Chronic heart failure patients with effective symptomatic treatment, most patients the disease can be significantly improved.
