布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻中的运用价值评价

Value Evaluation of Brad's Yeast and Montmorillonite Powder Scattered in Children with Diarrhea

目的了解布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻治疗中的效果。方法对76例腹泻患儿临床治疗资料进行分析。结果治疗组患儿用药2 d、5 d后腹泻频率、痊愈所用时间、总有效率等均优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散用于小儿腹泻治疗中效果显著,可促进患儿早日康复。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of Brad＇s yeast powders and montmorillonite in the treannent of children with diarrhea. Methods 76 cases of diarrhea expand clinical data were analyzed. Results The patient drug treatment group 2 d, 5 d diarrhea frequency, recovery time spent, and the total effective rate were better than the control group, and the difference between two groups was significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Brad＇s yeast powder combined montmorillonite powder for children with diarrhea significant effect can promote children a speedy recovery.
