多囊卵巢综合征应用二甲双胍联合利格列汀治疗的效果评析

Evaluation of the Effect of Metformin Combined with Linagliptin in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的 研究多囊卵巢综合征应用二甲双胍联合利格列汀治疗的效果。方法 此次研究纳入的对象来源于2014年12月-2015年12月我院收治多囊卵巢综合征患者100例。随机分两组。单用组给予二甲双胍治疗,联用组应用二甲双胍联合利格列汀治疗。对比干预结果。结果 联用组较之单用组月经周期复常率、排卵和妊娠率更高,生活质量评分更高,内分泌激素FSH、LH、LH/FSH、P改善更显著（P〈0.05）。结论 多囊卵巢综合征应用二甲双胍联合利格列汀治疗的效果确切,可有效改善患者内分泌激素水平,促进月经复常和排卵,提高妊娠率和生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of metfomain combined with linagliptin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods The study included 100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015, and randomly divided into two groups. The single group was treated with metformin, and the combination group was treated with the combination of metfonnin and linagliptin. The intervention results were compared. Results Compared with the single group, the repetition rate, ovulation and pregnancy rate of the combined group were higher than that of the single use group, quality of life score was higher, and FSH, LH, LH/FSH, P improved more （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect ofmetformin combined with linagliptin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is accurate, which can effectively improve the endocrine hormone levels, promote menstruation and ovulation, and improve pregnancy rate and quality of life.
