他汀类药物治疗扩张性心肌病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Statins in the Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的分析他汀类药物治疗扩张性心肌病的临床疗效。方法抽取来我院治疗扩张性心肌病的76例患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗,两组均治疗3个月,对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为92.1%(35/38),对照组为73.6%(28/38),观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用他汀类药物治疗扩张性心肌病可显著提高治疗效果,不良反应较低,安全有效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of statins in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Extraction of 76 cases of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy in our hospital, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 38 cases. Control group was treated with routine drug therapy, the observation group was given atorvastatin treamaent on the basis of the control group, two groups were treated for 3 months, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Restdts After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.1% （ 35/38 ）, the control group was 73.6% （ 28/38 ）, the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistic/ally signific-mt （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Adverse incidence rate was compared between two groups, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion Application of statins in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy can significandy improve the treatment effect, adverse reaction is lower, safe and effective.
