目的 分析某医院抗菌药物使用数据,发现影响抗菌药物使用强度的问题。方法 收集2015年1-6月抗菌药物使用数据利用EXCEL 2010进行对比分析,找出问题科室及其存在的问题。结果 通过药事管理系统的总结和权重分析,发现了呼吸内科、普外一病区和普外二病区抗菌药物使用无指征联合用药和剂量、疗程的问题。结论 通过数据回顾分析,找到了影响医院抗菌药物使用强度的问题所在,为下一步制定干预策略和具体方法奠定了基础。
