摘要
目的 分析芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭治疗效果和安全性。方法 选取在2015年1-9月于我院治疗的110例慢性收缩性心率衰竭的患者,按照入院时间分为试验组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组患者进行常规抗心衰治疗,试验组在对照组基础上再对患者使用芪苈强心胶囊,观察两组患者的左室舒张末内径、左室射血分数以及治疗效果。结果 试验组患者的左室舒张末内径、左室射血分数改善程度及疗效高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对收缩性心力衰竭患者使用芪苈强心胶囊治疗安全、有效。
Objective To analyze efficacy and safety of Qiliqiangxin capsule for chronic systolic heart failure. Methods In January - September 2015, 110 cases with chronic systolic heart failure patients in our hospital, were divided into experimental group and control group according to the time of admission, each group of 55 cases. Control group patients received conventional therapy, and the experintental group received Qiliqiangxin capsules based on the treatnteut of the control group. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter, levi： ventricular ejection fraction and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed. Results In the experimental group, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction were improved and the curative effect was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Qiliqiangxin systolic heart failure is effective and safety.
