针灸治疗卒中后吞咽障碍患者58例的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture with 58 Patients of Swallowing Disorder after Stroke

目的 探讨卒中后吞咽障碍（swallowing disorder,SD）应用针灸治疗的效果。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年3月收治的卒中后SD患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例,对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组实施针灸治疗,对比两组Burke量表评分、吞咽X线透视（VFSS）结果。结果 观察组治疗1个月后Burke评分（2.62±1.41）分,治疗2个月后Burke评分（1.29±0.64）分,均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗1个月后VFSS评分（4.95±0.49）分,治疗2个月后VFSS评分（5.87±0.80）分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 针灸治疗卒中后SD效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on swallowing disorder （ SD ） alter strnke. Methods 58 patients with SD after stroke fi-nm Jannary 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly, the control group was given conventional rehabilitation training. The observation group was treated by acupuncture therapy, the score of Burke scale, the score of video fluoroscopis swalloming study （ VFSS ） and clinical effective rates were compared. Results The Burke score in observation group 1 month, 2 month ati-er treatment （2.62± 1.41, 1.29±0.64 ） were lower than those in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）; The VFSS scores in observation group 1 month, 2 month after treatment （ 4.95± 11.49, 5.87± 0.80 ） were higher than those in control group （ P 〈0.05） . Conclusion SD after stroke treated with acupuncture therapy is attended with good results and worth popularizing.
