小儿痢疾方加减保留灌肠治疗小儿湿热泄泻临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Modified Xiaoer Dysentery Prescription in Treatment of Children with Diarrhea

目的分析观察小儿痢疾方加减保留灌肠治疗儿童湿热泄泻的临床效果。方法将我院收治的儿童湿热泄泻患者108例随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。给予对照组患者蒙脱石散治疗,观察组患者给予小儿痢疾方加减治疗。分析对比两组患者临床症状改善情况和体征变化情况。结果观察组与对照组相比,治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后主要症状和次要症状均得到了显著缓解,症候积分均有下降,各组治疗前与治疗后相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组患儿治疗后症状改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿痢疾方加减保留灌肠治疗小儿湿热泄泻的临床效果明显比西药蒙脱石散治疗效果更好,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified xiaoer dysentery prescription in the treatment of children＇s with diarrhea. Methods 108 cases with diarrhea in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with MontmoriUonite powder, the observation group was treated with modified xiaoer dysentery prescription. The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were comparative analyzed. Results Observation group compared with the control group, the total efficiency of the treatment was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; After treatment, the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of two groups were significantly alleviated, the symptom score was decreased of two groups after treatment, compared with before treatment had significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the improve symptoms improvement in observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The clinical effect of modified xiaoer dysentery prescription in the treatment of children with diarrhea was better than Western medicine monnnoriUonite powder, it has clinical value.
