摘要
目的浅析血必净注射液辅助治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎的临床价值。方法选取我院脑卒中相关性肺炎患者54例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液进行辅助治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.60%,对照组治疗总有效率为70.37%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液能够有效治疗脑卒中相关性肺炎患者,无不良反应,抗炎效果更佳,具有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective To study the clinical value of Xuebijing injection adjuvant treatment of stroke-related pneumonia. Methods 54 patients in our hospital with stroke-associated pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group implemented conventional treatment, the observation group on the basis of the conventional treatment used Xuebijing injection in adjuvant treatment, the clinical effect of two groups were comparative analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.60%, the total effective in the control group rate was 70.37%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Xuebijing injection can be effective in treating patients with stroke-related pneumonia, no adverse reactions, it has better anti-inflammatory effect, with high clinical value.
