螺旋CT与胸部X线检查诊断小儿气管异物临床价值

Clinical Value of Spiral CT and Chest X-ray in the Diagnosis of Tracheal Foreign Body in Children

目的探讨胸部X线检查与螺旋CT检查对于小儿气管异物诊断的临床价值,并进行对比。方法疑似小儿气管异物患者200例,临床分别对患儿实施螺旋CT检查以及胸部X线检查,之后分别同手术病理诊断结果进行对比诊断准确率。结果螺旋CT检查和手术病理诊断符合200例,准确率为100%。胸部X线检查和手术病理诊断符合180例,准确率为90%。螺旋CT检查诊断小儿气管异物的准确率要明显高于胸部X线检查(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT检查诊断小儿气管异物的准确率要比胸部X线检查高。

Objective To explore the clinical value of spiral CT and chest X-ray in the diagnosis of tracheal foreign body in children. Methods 200 children with suspected tracheal foreign body in our hospital were selected, and they respectively underwent spiral CT test and chest X-ray test, and the diagnostic accuracy was respectively compared with pathology results. Results The diagnosis by spiral CT had 200 cases accorded with surgical pathology, the accuracy rate was 100%. The diagnosis by chest X-ray had 180 cases accorded with surgical pathology, the accuracy rate was 90%. The accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of foreign body in children was significantly higher than chest X-ray （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The accuracy of spiral CT in the diagnosis of tracheal foreign body in children is higher than chest X-ray test.
