肌骨超声在肢体疼痛患者诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Patients with Limb Pain

目的探讨肌骨超声在肢体疼痛患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院行肌骨超声的52例肢体疼痛患者为对象,对患者的肩、肘、手腕、膝关节、髋关节、脚踝以及肌肉肌腱等进行超声检查,观察其细微结构。结果对入组的52例肢体疼痛患者进行超声检查,其中阳性51例(占98.08%),不同关节的单纯滑囊、滑膜炎26例(占50.98%),腱鞘炎11例(占21.57%),肌腱病5例(占9.80%),肌肉肌腱拉伤3例(占5.88%),肌腱撕裂2例(占3.92%),肌肉撕裂合并血肿4例(占7.84%)。超声检查所有阳性病例经病理诊断及磁共振扫查均得以证实,仅1例未检查出阳性,占1.92%。结论肌骨超声可清晰地显示细微组织结构,对运动下的肌肉及肌腱情况进行评估和动态观察,操作简单,可重复进行,在肢体疼痛患者诊断中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with limb pain. Methods 52 cases of patients with limb pain in our hospital were selected. The patient＇s shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, hip, ankle and muscle tendons etc. were checked and the fine structures were observed. Results Among 52 cases, there were 51 cases of positivity （ 98.08% ）, including 26 cases of bursitis and synovitis of different joints （ 50.98% ）, 11 cases of tenosynovitis （ 21.57% ）, 5 cases oftendinopathy （ 9.8（1% ）, 3 cases of muscle tendon injury （ 5.88% ）, 2 cases of tendon tear （ 3.92% ）, 4 cases of muscle tear with hematoma （ 7.84% ） . All positive cases were confirmed by ultrasound and MRI, and only 1 case was not checked （ 1.92% ） . Conclusion Musculoskeletal ultrasound can clearly show the fine smlcture and observe the muscle and tendon under movement, and the operation is simple and can be repeated, with important value in the diagnosis of limb pain.
