运用PDCA循环模式提高放射科造影剂过敏反应预防及急救能力的效果评价

Using PDCA Circulation Model to Evaluate the Ability of Prevention and Emergency Treatment of Contrast Agent Allergic Reaction

目的评价运用PDCA循环模式提高放射科造影剂过敏反应预防及急救能力的效果。方法对放射科造影剂过敏反应预防及急救能力情况采取造影剂知识问卷调查、急救演练考核及患者知情问卷调查等进行PDCA前后合格率比较。结果实行PDCA后三项评估指标合格率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA质量控制管理办法能够有效提高放射科造影剂过敏反应的急救和预防能力。

Objective To evaluate the ability of prevention and emergency treatment of contrast agent allergic reaction by means of PDCA circulation model. Methods The qualified rate of the questionnaire investigation including contrast agent knowledge and patient informed, and first aid exercise test was compared before and after PDCA, respectively. Results The difference in the qualified rate of contrast agent knowledge questionnaire, first aid exercise, and patient informed before and after PDCA was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . After implementation of PDCA circulation model, the qualified rate of those three factors increased obviously. Conclusion Applying PDCA circulation model will effectively improve the ability of prevention and first aid of the contrast agent allergic reaction in the department of radiology.
