经阴道彩超诊断及鉴别子宫疤痕妊娠的价值探讨

Explore the value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis and Differential of Uterine Scar Pregnancy

目的 探讨子宫疤痕妊娠使用经阴道彩超诊断和鉴别的临床价值。方法 根据2012年7月-2015年7月我院65例子宫疤痕妊娠患者进行研究分析,其中30例患者作为对照组,35例作为观察组,对照组使用经腹彩超检查,观察组使用经阴道超声检查。对两组患者的检查图像和超声结果进行对比分析,比较诊断准确率。结果 观察组的临床诊断准确率是91.4%,对照组的诊断准确率是70.0%,两组的诊断准确率存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论 子宫疤痕妊娠使用经阴道彩超检查诊断准确率较高,具有较高的诊断价值,临床中能够作为可靠的参考依据,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and differentiation of uterine scar pregnancy.
