摘要
目的探讨围术期心理护理干预对腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者性功能的影响。方法选取我院接受腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者42例,分为两组各21例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行围术期心理护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者进行心理护理干预能够有效缓解手术对患者性功能造成的影响,能够有效提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the perioperative psychological nursing intervention uterine hysterectomy on sexual function in patients with laparoscopic. Methods I accept the hospital laparoscopic hysterectomy 42 patients were divided into two groups of 21 patients in control group received routine care, observation group perioperafive psychological nursing in the control group, based on the two groups were compared care effect. Reslllt- The patient care and observation group, the total efficiency of the control group was higher （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; After observation group care anxiety scores were significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05） . Collclusion Hysterectomy laparoscopic patients psychological nursing intervention can effectively mitigate the impact of surgery on patients with sexual function, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
