摘要
目的探讨急诊分诊安全管理模式对急诊护理质量的影响。方法根据急诊分诊安全管理的实施前后,将300例急诊患者分为观察组(管理后)161例和对照组(管理前)139例,对比两组的急诊护理质量。结果观察组的风险事件发生率和患者的投诉率分别明显低于对照组(0.6%<3.6%,3.1%<7.9%),而观察组患者对于护理的满意程度高于对照组(96.9%>75.5%),两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊分诊安全管理模式对于提高急诊护理质量有着积极的影响,建议在临床上予以推广。
Obieetive To explore the emergency triage safety management model ou the quality of emergency nursing. Methods Before and after the implementation of the emergency triage safety management, 300 cases of emergency patients were divided into observation group ( after management ) 161 cases and control group ( before management ) 139 cases, two groups of emergency nursing quality was compared. Results The risk events occurred rate and patient complaint.s rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( 0.6%〈 3.6%, 3.1% 〈 7.9% ), the patients for nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( 96.9% 〉 75.5% ), there were significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion Emergency triage safety management model has a positive impact on improving the quality of emergency care, and it is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.
