摘要
目的探讨健康饮食护理对早中期食管癌放疗患者生存质量的影响。方法选取我院接收的76例早中期食管癌放疗患者,随机分组,各38例。对照组给予传统饮食护理,观察组给予健康饮食护理。统计两组患者继发感染率、生存质量的变化。结果观察组继发感染率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组生存质量明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对早中期食管癌放疗患者实施健康饮食护理可有效降低患者的继发感染率,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To probe into the influence of healthy diet nursing care on living quality of esophageal carcinoma patients at early or internlediate stage undergoing radiotherapy. Methods 76 cases of early and middle esophageal cancer patients receiving radiotherapy in our hospital were selected, random grouping, each of 38 cases. The control group was given the traditional diet nursing, the observation group was given a healthy diet nursing. Statistics of the two gronps of patients with secondary infection rate and quality of life changes. Results The infection rate in the observatiou group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ;The survival quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference.was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion In the early and middle stage esophageal cancer radiotherapy patients to implement health diet care call effectively reduce the patient's secondary infection rate, improve the quality of life of patients.
