摘要
目的研究综合护理干预对老年肾衰竭行血液透析患者的影响。方法选取74例老年肾衰竭患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,所有患者均行血液透析治疗,对照组患者实施常规护理措施,实验组患者实施综合护理措施,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者并发症发生率(5.4%)显著低于对照组(21.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行血液透析的老年肾衰竭患者,通过综合护理措施可以有效的降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with renal failure Hemodialysis. Methods Selected 74 cases of elderly patients with renal failure, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All patients underwent hemodialysis treatment, the control group received routine nursing measures, and the patients in the experimental group implement comprehensive nursing measures. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group （ 5.4% ） was significantly lower than that in the control group （ 21.6% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Hemodialysis patients with renal failure in the elderly, through comprehensive nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
