正确应用PDCA循环对糖尿病足患者护理的效果评价

Care Evaluation of Correct Application of PDCA Cycle for Diabetic Foot Patient

目的探析正确应用PDCA循环对糖尿病足患者的效果评价。方法选取我院接收治疗的糖尿病足84例患者为研究资料,按照入院时间顺序先后分两组,每组42例。予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组PDCA循环护理,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的截肢率和掌握糖尿病知识程度与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病组患者予以PDCA循环护理,不但能使并发症的发生率降低,而且还能使其疗效提高,促进患者病症恢复。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of correct application of the PDCA cycle for diabetic foot patients. Methods 84 patients with diabetic f-mt in our hospital were selected as research data, and according to the chronological order of admission were divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group.Routine care was for the control group, and the observation group received PDCA cycle. Clinical outcomes of two groups were compared. Results The rate of amputation in the observation group and control diabetes knowledge level compared with control group showed significant difference （ P 〈0.05 ） ; The observation group care satisfaction was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Diabetic patients be PI）CA cycle of care will not only help reduce the incidence of complications, but also to make it improve efficacy, to promote the patient＇s recovery.
