摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高精神科女患者小便标本合格率中的应用。方法成立品管圈小组,分析小便标本不合格原因,设定目标,应用PDCA循环实施对策。结果小便标本合格率提高至90.9%,医生对小便标本送检满意率提高至97.1%。结论品管圈活动对采集小便标本管理有益。
Objective To explore the application of quality control circle for improving the qualified rate of urine samples of female patients with psychiatric department. Methods QCC group was set up. The reason of unqualified urine specimen was analyzed, the goal was set, implementation measures of the application of PDCA cycle. Results Urine specimen qualified rate increased to 90.9%, the doctor of urine specimen satisfaction rate increased to 97.1%. Conclusion Quality control circle activity is beneficial to the management of collected urine samples.
