高位肛瘘挂线术的围手术期护理体会

The Experience of High Anal Fistula Seton Surgery Perioperative Nursing

目的 探讨高位肛瘘挂线术患者的围手术期护理方式。方法 根据2012年7月-2013年7月我院的150例高位肛瘘挂线术患者来分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组75例患者,两组均接受了高位肛瘘挂线手术治疗,对照组使用常规围手术期护理,观察组增加强化心理护理,比较两组的临床护理满意度和患者的病情改善情况。结果 对照组患者共有39例表示护理效果满意,有8例感觉排便疼痛,有67例患者痊愈;观察组患者有58例满意,2例排便疼痛,73例痊愈,两组的满意度,排便疼痛、痊愈等病例数量对比存在统计学差异,观察组较为优秀（P〈0.05）。结论 高位肛瘘挂线术患者接受围手术期护理和加强心理护理对患者的病情改善帮助很大,满意度有所提升,可以推广使用。

Objective To investigate the high anal fistula patients hanging line operation perioperative nursing mode. Methods 150 cases of high anal fistula hanging line patients undergoing from July 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected for analysis. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, there were 75 patients in each group, two groups underwent high anal fistula Seton surgery, control group used conventional perioperative nursing, observation group increased to strengthen psychological nursing, the clinical nursing satisfaction and patient＇s condition to improve the situation of two groups were comparative analyzed. Results The patients in the control group a total of 39 cases of said satisfactory nursing efficacy, 8 patients feel pain and bowel movements, with 67 cases were cured ; In observation group, 58 cases were satisfactory, 2 cases were defecation pain, 73 cases were cured, the clinical nursing satisfaction, defecation pain, cured number of two groups had significant difference, the observation group was more outstanding （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion High anal fistula hanging line patients receiving perioperative nursing and strengthen psychological nursing for patients to improve the condition of great help, satisfaction improved, it can promote the use.
