摘要
目的探究品管圈在提高护士理论培训合格率中的应用效果。方法经22人构成的品管圈,对品管圈在提高护士理论培训合格率中运用情况实行分析。结果实施前、后,护士理论培训合格率分别为:63.64%、100%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施前、后,护士理论培训签到率、操作培训签到率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈应用于护士理论操作培训中,可达到较好的效果,且能够保障临床管理的效果,积极调动护理人员的积极性。
Objective To explore the quality control circle application effect in improving the training the qualified nurses theory. Methods By 22 nurses constituting the QC circle, the QC circle in the theoretical training qualified rate of increase nurses was analyzed. Results Before and after implementation, the qualified rates of nurses＇ theoretical training were 63.64%, 100%, and the diftbrence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Before and after implementation, the theory of nurse training attendance rates and operation training attendance rates were significant different （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion QC circle for the nurses theory training can achieve good restdts, and able to guarantee the effect of clinical management, actively mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff.
