心理干预对断指再植术后患者心理状态的影响

Influence on Psychological Status of Psychological Intervention to Patients with Severed Finger after Replantation

目的探讨心理干预对断指再植术后患者心理状态的影响。方法将我院收治的76例行断指再植术患者按照随机对照原则分为观察组与对照组,每组38例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予系统的心理护理干预,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者术后的心理状态进行评价。结果两组患者手术后SAS评分及SDS评分均优于术前(P<0.05),观察组患者术后SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的心理状态优于对照组患者。结论对断指再植术患者实施有效的心理干预能够促进患者术后心理状态的改善,有利于患者术后的恢复。

Objective To explore influence on psychological status of psychological intervention to patients of severed finger after replantation. Methods 76 patients of severed finger after replantation in our hospital were randomized divided into observation group and control group, each group of 38 cases, patients in control group were given routine nursing care, patients in observation group were given psychological intervention, used anxiety scale （ SAS ） and depression self rating scale （ SDS ） to evaluate psychological status of cases in two groups. Results SAS scores and SDS scores after operation were all better than before operation （P 〈 0.05 ）, SAS scores and SDS scores of observation group were lower than that in control group, the differences between two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the psychological status of cases in observation group was better than that in control group. Conclusion Effective psychological intervention to patients of severed finger after replantation can promote the state, is beneficial to postoperative recovery.
