浅析食品安全工作的监督与管理

摘要 本文首先介绍了当前我国地方政府食品安全监管的现状和不足,从监管主体地方政府自身的角色出发寻找原因,完善食品安全监管中政府的职能,维护好人民群众的生命安全,最终推动社会经济的发展。
