腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effects Analysis of Laparoscopic Hysterectomy in the Treatment of Uterine Adenomyosis

目的研究腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法选择我院接受治疗的60例子宫腺肌症患者,按手术方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取腹腔镜子宫切除术,对照组采用全腹子宫切除术,观察两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间。结果经治疗,观察组患者手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量观察组也少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫切除术治疗子宫腺肌症具有伤口小、出血量少、愈合快、治疗效果好等优点。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis.MethodsTo choose the hospital for treatment of 60 patients with uterine adenomyosis,divided into observation group and control group according to the operation methods. The observation group adopt laparoscopic hysterectomy,the control group with total abdominal hysterectomy,observed two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss,operating time and hospitalization time.ResultsAfter treatment,the observation group of patients with operation time, length of hospital stay were shorter than the control group,intraoperative blood loss and observation group was obviously less than control group,two groups of difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis has smal wound,less blood loss,fast healing and treatment effect is good.
