瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产患者的切口位置选择及手术效果研究

Study on the Effect of Incision Location Selection in Patients With Scar Uterus After Cesarean Section

目的：总结瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产患者切口位置选择及手术效果。方法筛选2014年11月-2015年11月我院就诊瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产患者70例，进行分组：观察组38例，选择瘢痕组织上2 cm切口为手术位置；对照组32例，选择瘢痕组织下2 cm切口为手术位置，对两组手术效果进行对照。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产患者选择合适的切口位置，可提升手术效果。

Objective To summarize the effect of incision position selection of scar uterus in patients with cesarean section.MethodsFrom November 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital for treatment of scar uterus again cesarean section 70 cases,the patients were grouped,in the observation group,38 cases were selected,and 2 cm incision was chosen as the operation position,in the control group,32 cases were selected,and the 2 cm incision was chosen as the operation position. The results of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation time and blood loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionTo select the appropriate incision position for the patients with scar uterus again cesarean section,which can improve the operation effect.
