微创经皮钢板固定技术联合锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨干骺端骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation on Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Fixation Technology Joint Locking Compression Plate in the Treatment of Tibial Stem Epiphyseal End Fracture

目的：研究微创经皮钢板固定技术联合锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨干骺端骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年4月-2016年3月收治的胫骨干骺端骨折患者70例，根据治疗方法不同，分为治疗组和对照组各35例，治疗组采用MIPPO联合LCP治疗，对照组应用传统复位固定手术，对比两组患者的治疗效果和并发症的发生情况。结果治疗后，治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用微创联合固定技术治疗胫骨干骺端骨折效果较好。

Objective To study clinical curative effect of minimaly invasive percutaneous plate fixation technology joint locking compression plate in the treatment of tibial stem epiphyseal end fracture.Methods In our hospital,from April 2013 to March 2016,chose tibial metaphyseal fracture patients 70 cases, according to the different treatment methods,divided into treatment group and reference group with 35 cases in each. Treatment group using MIPPO and LCP in treatment and reference group used the traditional reduction and fixation,compared two groups of patients with treatment curative effect and complications.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group,the incidence rate of complications was lower than the reference group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of minimaly invasive percutaneous plate fixation technology joint locking compression plate in the treatment of tibial stem epiphyseal end fracture is good .
