探讨肛裂切除术与纵切横缝术治疗肛裂患者临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Excision of Anal Fissure and Longitudinal Incision and Transverse Suture Operation in the Treatment of Anal Fissure Patients

目的：探讨肛裂切除术和纵切横缝术对肛裂患者的临床治疗情况。方法根据2012年1月-2014年1月我院的60例肛裂患者来进行研究分析，有32例患者接受了肛裂切除手术，有28例患者接受了纵切横缝术，对两组手术方式的临床效果和预后进行对比分析。结果两组患者的手术治疗有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组的愈合时间和疼痛情况差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肛裂患者可以选择肛裂切除术和纵切横缝术治疗，其效果均比较好，两种手术的愈合时间、疼痛和并发症各有优劣，需要视情况使用。

Objective To investigate the excision of anal fissure and longitudinal incision and transverse suture operation for clinical treatment of patients with anal fissure.MethodsAccording to the January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital 60 cases of anal fissure patients to conduct research and analysis,there were 32 patients underwent resection of anal fissure surgery,28 cases underwent longitudinal incision and transverse suture operation. Clinical effect and prognosis of two surgical procedures were compared and analyzed.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the effective rates between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was statistical difference in the healing time and pain of the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with anal fissure can choice of resection and longitudinal incision and transverse suture surgery in the treatment of anal fissure,the effect is good,healing of two kinds of operation time,pain and complications have their own advantages and disadvantages and need to used depending on the situation.
