摘要
目的：探讨生长激素在辅助生殖技术中对反复IVF-ET失败患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院2014年6月-2015年6月入院接受不孕不育辅助受孕的妇女41例，经随机分组后，将其分为了实验组22例，对照组19例，进行临床研究分析，研究患者在接受生长激素辅助生殖技术过程中，对子宫内膜以及血流情况的影响，比较妊娠率。结果治疗周期中，实验组患者的临床胚胎移植妊娠率高于对照组，且实验组患者ET内膜厚度和内膜血流正常率也均优于对照组，数据比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在体外胚胎移植术中应用生长激素，能够改善内膜环境提高妊娠率。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of growth hormone on the pregnancy outcome of patients with repeated IVF-ET failure in assisted reproductive technology.Methods Selected our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 of 41 cases women receiving infertility assisted conception,assigned to experimental group（22 cases）,control group（19 cases）for clinical research and analysis. In the study group,in the process of receiving growth hormone assisted reproductive technology,the influence of endometrial and blood flow were compared. ResultsIn the period of treatment,the rate of embryo transfer in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. TheET intima media thickness and blood flow rate of the experimental group were also better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe application of growth hormone in vitro embryo transfer can improve the pregnancy rate of endometrial environment.
