摘要
目的分析探讨在中成药管理上存在的问题,提高患者防范药物安全隐患意识,降低药害事件发生率。方法对我国国药标准所收录的67种用于治疗小儿惊风且含有朱砂成分的中成药进行统计和医学药学分析,分析成方中朱砂含量以及适应证和使用注意事项等。结果对于所分析的67个成方中,未标明用法用量的占28.35%;未标明各年龄段用量以酌情减量等代替的占52.24%;未注明药物注意事项的占76.12%。结论本文中所分析的67种用于小儿惊风且含有朱砂的中成药,其药品标准、说明书等存在严重的缺陷,预示着相关管理部门需要加大对该方面的管理,以减少在用药中出现安全事故。
ObjectiveAnalysis and Discussion on national medicine management problems and improve patients’awareness to prevent drug safety risks, reduce the incidence of injury events.MethodsMedicines to our standards included 67 kinds of Chinese medicine for the treatment of convulsions in children and contain ingredients cinnabar statistical analysis and medical pharmacy,prescription analysis Cinnabar content and indications and use precautions.Results Prescription for 67 analyzed,no dosage indicated accounted for 28.35%. Not indicated amount of each segment to the age appropriate reductions, etc. instead of accounting for 52.24%,do not indicate that the drug precautions accounted for 76.12%.Conclusion The presence of 67 kinds of Chinese medicine for convulsions in children and containing cinnabar herein analyzed,its drug standards,brochures and other serious defects,indicating that the relevant authorities need to intensify the aspects of management,in order to reduce the occurrence of medication accidents.
