针灸推拿配合中药治疗早期膝骨性关节炎的临床效果研究

Clinical Effects of Acupuncture and Massage Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Early Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究观察针灸推拿配合中药治疗早期膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取本院100例早期膝骨性关节炎患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组采取常规的治疗方法,对观察组采用针灸推拿配合中药的治疗方法。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针灸推拿配合中药治疗早期膝骨性关节炎具有显著的临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with early knee osteoarthritis were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis has significant clinical effect.
