温针灸治疗膝关节骨关节炎的效果研究

Effect Research on Warm Acupuncture in Treatment of Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint

目的：探讨温针灸治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果。方法按照时间顺序将我院于2015年2月-2016年2月收治的80例膝关节骨关节炎患者分为两组，采用常规针刺治疗的对照组（40例）和采用温针灸治疗的观察组（40例），对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率及复发率优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对膝关节骨关节炎患者实施温针灸治疗，效果显著。

Objective Clinical effect of warm acupuncture treatment for osteoarthritis of knee joint is to be studied.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016,80 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint treated in hospital were separated into two groups,40 patients in control group that were given conventional acupuncture treatment and separated another 40 patients into study group that were given warm acupuncture treatment,and then compare treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efficacy and illness reoccurrence in study group were much more favorable than counterparts in control group and such a differential had statistic valuebetween two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warm acupuncture treatment is quite effective for patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint and it is worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
