针灸联合逍遥散治疗卒中后抑郁的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Post Stroke Depression With Acupuncture and Xiaoyaosan

目的观察针灸联合逍遥散对脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法将我院符合入组条件的150例脑卒中后抑郁的患者随机分为三组,分别为针灸+逍遥散组、逍遥散组、黛力新组,三组各纳入病例50例。结果针灸+逍遥散组总有效率为96%,逍遥散组为90%,黛力新组为82%,针灸+逍遥散组能降低患者抑郁评分,且起效时间快。结论针灸联合逍遥散治疗脑卒中后抑郁有效率高,无不良反应,可作为脑卒中后抑郁的常规治疗方案,临床疗效优于西药黛力新。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaoyaosan on post stroke depression.Methods150 cases of stroke patients with depression after stroke were randomly divided into three groups,acupuncture plus xiaoyaosan,Xiaoyaosan group,Deanxit group,50 cases were included in each group.ResultsThe acupuncture ＋ Xiaoyaosan group,the total effective rate was 96%,Xiaoyaosan group was 90%,Deanxit group was 82%. The acupuncture＋Xiaoyaosan group was significantly reduced in patients with depression scores,and the onset time of fast.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Xiaoyaosan in the treatment of post stroke depression（PSD）effective rate is high,no adverse reactions,as stroke depression after conventional treatment,the clinical efficacy is superior to western medicine Deanxit.
