摘要
目的：分析强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响。方法选取我院患者血清样本120份，研究时间在2013年4月-2015年6月，分为两组，对照组采用常规质控处理，观察组患者采用强化免疫检验质量管理。结果观察组患者各项变异指数优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组样本检验准确率（100.00%）高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在临床免疫检验过程中，采用强化免疫检验质量管理，具有较高检验准确性。
ObjectiveTo analyze the efect of quality control on the accuracy of clinical immune test.MethodsThe serum samples 120 patients in our hospital were selected from April 2013 to June 2015. The patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine quality control,and the observation group was treated with the quality control of the enhanced immune test.ResultsThe variation index of the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the test accuracy rate（100%）was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the course of clinical immune test,using the quality control of strengthening the immune test,the accuracy of the test is higher.
